Heather Dalhoff, MsEd

Heather is a teacher, creator and mother.  She is the founder of Humble New Beginnings LLC, providing one to one and group sessions in Yoga, Mindfulness Coaching, Integral Sound Healing, Peter Hess Sound Massage, Reiki, Emotion Code and Bio-Well Scans.  Heather is passionate about what the practices can do for the mind, body and spirit. Heathers' goal is to hold space to educate, empower and expand the whole person mind, body and spirit of everyone who joins her.
